Mantras2success Consultants seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation, and compliance with Ind AS. Prior exposure to listed companies is essential.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Restated Financial Statements, Ind AS, and GST, and be proficient in Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical and communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in preparing Restated Financial Statements (RFS).
• Experience in audit of listed companies.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Good understanding of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax (GST).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements (RFS) in line with regulatory requirements.
• Handle financial reporting and ensure compliance with Ind AS.
• Conduct or assist in statutory audits of listed companies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
• Assist in resolving accounting, audit, and compliance-related matters.
