Job summary

Aayush Kumar IQ City Foundation is seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead financial reporting, taxation, audits, and internal controls. You will finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and ensure MIS accuracy for management.

The role requires a CA from ICAI, strong Ind AS/IFRS knowledge, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Tally), and excellent stakeholder management to support budgeting, cash flow, and strategic decisions. You will coordinate with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and corporate taxation.
• Experience with audit coordination and internal controls.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Ind AS/IFRS
• Oversee books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and month-end/year-end closing
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting to management

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
• Handle tax return filings, assessments, and liaison with tax authorities
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements

Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Design and monitor internal control systems and SOPs
• Identify risk areas and recommend process improvements

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Conduct financial analysis to aid strategic and operational decisions
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, HR) for financial inputs
• Present financial reports to senior management/board as required

Key Skills & Competencies
