Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

• Experience in Statutory Audit and Financial Statement Finalisation.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Companies Act.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory audits as per regulatory requirements and assist in planning, execution, and documentation.
• Finalise Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements; ensure month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare audit working papers, reconciliations, and schedules; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports; work on ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle) and use advanced Excel for reporting.

Role Summary

We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant for the Statutory Audit team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting statutory audits, financial statement finalisation, compliance review, and supporting audit documentation.

This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on audit exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Audit Execution

• Conduct and support statutory audits as per regulatory requirements
• Assist in audit planning, execution, and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders

Financial Reporting & Finalisation

• Finalise Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements
• Ensure monthly and annual book closure
• Assist in preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS / IGAAP

Audit Support & Compliance

• Prepare audit working papers, reconciliations, and schedules
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support Companies Act compliance requirements

MIS & Systems

• Prepare MIS reports for internal stakeholders
• Work on ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle)
• Use advanced Excel for reporting and reconciliation
