Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Senior Manager in Gurugram to lead FP&A activities, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You will manage a large team and work with CXOs on strategic financial decisions.

The role requires deep FP&A expertise, CA/MBA/CPA level qualifications, and 16–25 years of experience across controllership, RTR, and performance reporting. Willingness to work night shifts and in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 16–25 years of FP&A experience and strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• CA, CMA, MBA Finance, CPA credentials are highly desirable.
• BCom is the baseline education requirement and accounting/finance professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align with Finance Operations to determine financial outcomes by collecting data and conducting analyses.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling processes and improve performance reporting.
• Oversee period-end closes and ensure accuracy of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage a team of 50+ members and coordinate with senior stakeholders and CXOs.
• Ensure IFRS knowledge and compliance (IFRS 15 and IFRS 16) in reporting.
• Drive continuous improvements and transformation within FP&A and Controllership domains.

• Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A
• Experience on Period End Close

• Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights
• Good understanding of Profit and Loss Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
• Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Ability to manage a team of 50 plus members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast paced environment
