Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Plan & Analysis Manager to join our Finance Operations team in India. You will lead FP&A activities, collect operational data, perform variance analysis, and support budgeting, forecasting and decision making.

The candidate should have a BCom and 13–18 years of FP&A experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and the ability to manage a large team and interact with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Primary skill - FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
• CA or CMA or MBA in Finance, CPA.

Responsibilities

• Domain Expertise in Controllership, Strategic Finance, RTR FP&A.
• Experience in period end close.
• Ability to manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting
• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health.
• These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.

What are we looking for?

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A
• Experience in period end close
• Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights
• Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements
• Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Ability to manage a team of 50 plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business counterparts
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in managing and driving projects across the business
• Change advocacy
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and CXO communities
• Transformation mindset to drive improvement initiatives
• Experience working in a third party culture
