Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Associate Manager in Gurgaon to join its Finance Operations vertical. The role focuses on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting, leveraging data from operational reports to drive business insights.

Candidates should have 10–14 years of experience, a BCom or higher degree, and certifications such as CA/CMA/MBA Finance. Strong knowledge of IFRS, SAP/Power BI, and leadership to manage a team of 15–20.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in Controllership, Strategic Finance, RTR FP&A.
• Experience in period end close.
• Ability to manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights.
• Good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Ability to lead a team of 15–20 members.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and assist in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports and reconciling transactions.
• Perform financial planning reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support FP&A processes to plan, forecast and budget for major business decisions.
• Develop financial reports and metrics; analyze P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

• Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Ability to manage a team of at least 15 to 20 members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment
