Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Manager in Gurugram to lead FP&A activities for Finance Operations. You will collect operational data, perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.

The role requires a BCom, 13–18 years of FP&A experience, and strong leadership to manage a large team while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders. Willingness to work in flexible and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• BCom degree required for the role.
• 13–18 years of experience in FP&A or related area.

• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flows.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting for FP&A needs.
• Develop financial reports and metrics to support business decisions.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health.
• These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• CA or CMA or MBA in Finance, CPA Roles and Responsibilities:
• Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A
• Experience in period end close
• Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights
• Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements
• Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Ability to manage a team of 50 plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business counterparts
