Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist to join our Finance Operations team in Gurugram, India. You will drive FP&A activities, collect operational data, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.

The role requires 7–11 years of experience and a BCom or equivalent qualification, with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and IFRS standards. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to SAP/BI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in Controllership Core Finance RTR FP&A
• Experience in period end close
• Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting
• Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements
• Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Experience working in a third party culture
• Willingness to work flexible and night shifts
• Transition experience BCom
