Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Manager with 13 to 18 years of experience in FP&A and Controllership. You will drive planning, forecasting and budgeting, analyze variances, and present actionable insights to senior leaders.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, excellent MS Office skills, and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment. Night shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Domain Expertise in Controllership, Strategic Finance, RTR FP&A.
• Experience in period end close.
• Ability to manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights.
• Good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.

Responsibilities

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Handle financial planning reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial reports and metrics to support senior leadership decisions.
• Provide insights on IFRS accounting standards, specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Lead transformation initiatives and manage a team of 50+ in a fast-paced environment.
