Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Financial Plan & Analysis Manager in India to lead FP&A activities within the Finance Operations vertical. You will collect data, conduct analyses, reconcile transactions, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 13–18 years of experience, a BCom, and proficiency in MS Office, with exposure to IFRS standards and cross‑functional collaboration at senior levels. Night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• BCom degree is required.
• 13–18 years of experience in FP&A, controllership or related finance roles.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA Finance or CPA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Domain expertise in Controllership, Strategic Finance, RTR, FP&A.
• Experience with period end close processes.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting and provide business insights.
• Understand P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Develop financial reports and key metrics.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Manage a team of 50+ professionals.
• Interact with senior stakeholders with strong communication.
• Drive continuous improvements with a transformation mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible and night shifts.
