Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Financial Plan & Analysis Manager in Gurugram to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting for the Finance Operations vertical.

You will manage a large team, interact with C-suite stakeholders, ensure IFRS compliance, and drive transformation initiatives in a fast-paced third-party environment, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or CPA qualifications preferred.
• Experience in Controllership, Strategic Finance and FP&A.
• Proven track record in period end close and budgeting/forecasting.
• Ability to lead 50+ team members and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Willingness to work night shifts in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with Finance Operations to collect data and perform analyses.
• Lead FP&A reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop financial reports and metrics to support business decisions.
• Drive projects across the business and interact with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Champion transformation initiatives and change management.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health.
• These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• CA or CMA or MBA in Finance, CPA Roles and Responsibilities:
• Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A
• Experience in period end close
• Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights
• Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements
• Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Ability to manage a team of 50 plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business counterparts
