Qualifications

• We require CA and CS qualifications (mandatory).
• Candidates should have 10–15 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
• Manufacturing/chemical industry exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Ensure accurate preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Manage statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage banking operations including accounts, transfers and documentation.
• Handle bank facilities, limits, LC/BG, working capital facilities, renewals.
• Oversee treasury, working capital, banking, and cash flow management.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance.
• Support business strategy with financial analysis and profitability improvement.
• Handle secretarial compliance, Board Meetings, ROC filings, and governance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Job Title: Finance Controller (CA & CS)

Location: Ghaziabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller who is both a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, compliance, taxation, corporate governance, and internal controls, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Ensure accurate preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Manage statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage banking operations, including bank account management, fund transfers, payment processing, banking documentation, and coordination with banks
• Handle bank facilities, limits, LC/BG, working capital facilities, renewals and related documentation
• Oversee treasury, working capital, banking, and cash flow management.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance.
• Support business strategy with financial analysis and profitability improvement.

Qualifications:
