Job summary

Olectra Greentech in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Finance Controller with strong manufacturing/plant finance exposure to manage controllership, costing, MIS, budgeting, working capital, compliance and business partnering.

The role requires CA qualification and 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on SAP/ERP experience and a proven track record in cost accounting, financial reporting and internal controls within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• CA with post-qualification experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong manufacturing/plant finance exposure and cost accounting expertise.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on SAP/ERP experience and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant finance and accounting.
• Lead month-end closing, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and MIS reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee product costing, standard costing, BOM and production cost analysis.
• Monitor inventory, working capital and cash flow.
• Ensure statutory compliance, audits, GST, TDS and internal controls.
• Partner with Plant, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain on cost improvements.
• Drive process improvements, automation and SAP/ERP initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller with strong manufacturing/plant finance exposure to manage financial controllership, costing, MIS, budgeting, working capital, compliance, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant finance and accounting activities.
• Handle month-end closing, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage product costing, standard costing, BOM and production cost analysis.
• Monitor inventory, working capital and cash flow.
• Ensure statutory compliance, audits, GST, TDS and internal controls.
• Partner with Plant, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams on cost and profitability improvement.
• Drive process improvements, automation and SAP/ERP initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• CA (Chartered Accountant) with 712 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in manufacturing / plant finance.
• Good knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
