Responsibilities

• Review accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, and Inventory accounting.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements as per Group Calendar.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and local tax filings.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and Group reporting; liaise with auditors.
• Manage monthly cash flow and alignment with Treasury; consolidate intercompany eliminations.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.

Scouting for a Senior Financial Controller at a leadership level for one of the global manufacturing setups.

Designation: Financial Controller

Location: Gurugram Onsite

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Remuneration: Best in the industry

Experience: CA qualified with 10 to 15 years in financial controlling, cost control, financial reporting, stakeholder management.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. Max 30 days notice.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Plant FR
   1. Review of accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory accounting, and Revenue Recognition
   2. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as per Group Calendar
   3. Analysis of variances in month-end reporting
   4. Prepare and publish timely monthly MIS with detailed commentary
   5. Publish data for monthly RLT meeting
   6. Prepare and publish timely quarterly/yearly Board presentation
   7. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and Group reporting
   8. Research technical accounting issues for compliance; M&A/PPA accounting
   9. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
   10. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
   11. Collaborate with external auditors, Internal auditors, cost auditors.
   12. Preparation of Management reporting
   13. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
   14. Collaborate with external, internal, and cost auditors along with ATR compliance;
   15. Preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow and alignment of requirements with Treasury

   5. Managing collection; monitoring overdue Account receivables
   6. Streamline vendor payment process
   7. Preparation of consolidated financials
   8. Ensure proper intercompany eliminations
   9. Ensure closing of General Ledger Accounting
