Responsibilities

• Provide financial controllership and advisory services to clients across industries.
• Support clients in strengthening financial processes, reporting frameworks, and governance structures.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to client stakeholders, including CXOs and senior management.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in IND AS/GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements for client engagements.
• Manage and support statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence processes.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable MIS reports to clients.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Support decision-making through scenario analysis and financial modeling.
• Identify gaps in financial processes and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement internal controls, SOPs, and best practices.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementation and process automation.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Advisory & Client Engagement

• Provide financial controllership and advisory services to clients across industries


• Support clients in strengthening financial processes, reporting frameworks, and governance structures


• Act as a trusted finance partner to client stakeholders, including CXOs and senior management

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
