Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is hiring a Finacle L2 Support Engineer in Beed, India.

The role focuses on hands-on production support for Finacle Core Banking, incident resolution, and batch process monitoring, with exposure to ATM/Switch, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and digital banking integrations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Finacle Core Banking support, expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes to ensure reliable, compliant service

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking support.
• Experience with Finacle 10.x, 11.x, or later.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, and shell scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of banking workflows, batch scheduling, ITSM tools, and ITIL practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.]
• Proactive in delivering quality service under SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 production support for Finacle Core Banking modules.
• Resolve escalated incidents within SLAs and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor and support Beginning-of-Day and End-of-Day batch processes.
• Support integrations with ATM/Switch, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, digital banking, and payment systems.
• Use SQL/PLSQL for analysis and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with L3/product teams for defects, patches, and upgrades.
• Support UAT, regression testing, ITIL processes, and production deployments.

What You'll Do:
