Goodfit is seeking an L2 Finacle Techno-Functional Resource to join our on-site team in Navi Mumbai. The role requires 5-8 years' experience in Finacle support/implementation, with strong L2 production support capabilities.

You will provide L2 techno-functional support for Finacle Core Banking, analyze EOD/BOD issues, perform performance tuning, and troubleshoot modules, interfaces, and batch processes. Strong understanding of Finacle architecture, scripting, SQL, Unix/Linux, and database

• Expert in EOD/BOD issue analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and monitoring.
• Perform EOD/BOD performance tuning to improve processing time and stability.
• Analyze application logs, database queries, jobs, interfaces, and batch processes to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot Finacle modules, interfaces, and integration-related issues.
• Conduct RCA, problem management, and preventive actions for recurring production issues.
