Valuelabs is seeking a Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience to bridge business requirements with technical execution. You will lead end-to-end Finacle solution design, configuration, customizations, and integrations across banking transformation programs.

You will perform workshops, implement modules, and ensure successful deployments while coordinating with stakeholders, PMs, and development teams in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

Experience in Finacle Core Banking implementations and bringing business needs into technical design.
Strong ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis and design scalable solutions.
Hands-on development in Finacle scripting and PL/SQL for customization and integration.
Experience with API integrations and web services in enterprise environments.
Ability to support UAT, SIT, deployment, and post-production activities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finacle solutioning and design.
Configure Finacle Core Banking modules per business needs.
Lead client workshops to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and customize Finacle solutions using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
Support integrations, batch scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Finacle Core Banking implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical execution, leading end-to-end solution design, configuration, customization, integrations, testing, and deployment activities across banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

Lead end-to-end Finacle solutioning, including requirement gathering, functional analysis, gap assessment, and solution design.
Configure and implement Finacle Core Banking modules based on business requirements.
Conduct client workshops and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Customization & Development

Develop and customize Finacle solutions using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
Design and implement enhancements to support specific banking processes and regulatory requirements.
Perform menu customization, parameter setup, and functional configurations.

Integration & Technical Support

Design and support integrations between Finacle and external applications using APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.
Manage batch job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability.

Testing & Deployment

Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Coordinate with business users and testing teams to validate solution functionality.
Ensure smooth migration and implementation of releases across environments.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams.
Manage delivery milestones and provide regular project status updates.Drive issue resolution and ensure successful project delivery.
