Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Finacle L2 Support Engineer to provide production support for Finacle Core Banking modules and related integrations. The role involves incident resolution within SLAs, batch process monitoring, and collaboration with L3 teams for defects and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking support, strong SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and ITIL-driven ITSM experience to ensure reliable banking operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking support.
• Experience with Finacle 10.x, 11.x, or later.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, and shell scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of banking workflows, batch scheduling, ITSM tools, and ITIL practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Finacle Core Banking modules.
• Resolve escalated incidents within SLAs and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor Beginning-of-Day and End-of-Day batch processes.
• Support integrations with ATM/Switch, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, digital banking, and payment systems.
• Use SQL/PLSQL for analysis and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with L3/product teams for defects, patches, and upgrades.
• Support UAT, regression testing, ITIL processes, and production deployments.
