Job summary

Maiz Kitchens is seeking a Training Manager to lead staff development across its dine-in outlets in Maharashtra. You will design and deliver service, POS, and hygiene training, and ensure SOP compliance to uphold quality standards.

You will travel across outlets to coach teams, monitor training effectiveness, maintain records, and close skill gaps with targeted programs. A hospitality graduate with 3–5 years in dine-in Ops and training experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in dine-in restaurant operations, incl. training/floor supervision.
• Graduate (Hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
