Job summary

Bahri Hospitality & Cuisines in New Delhi is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development professional to establish and manage the training function for Bistro, Bakery & Coffee outlets. This role requires strong execution and collaboration with operations and management for consistent guest experience and brand standards.

The successful candidate will build training frameworks, conduct Training Needs Analysis, and design onboarding programs, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up the Learning & Development function from scratch for multiple outlets.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for FOH, BOH, bakery, barista, and outlet management teams.
• Create SOP-driven training content for service, food quality, hygiene, and guest experience.
• Design and deliver onboarding and certification programs for new hires and new outlets.
• Act as a hands-on trainer across service, bakery basics, caf standards, and soft skills.
• Build Train-the-Trainer capability within outlets for scalability.
• Support New Store Openings (NSO) with pre-opening and post-opening training.
• Track training coverage, certifications, and skill matrices.
• Partner with Operations to address performance gaps through focused training interventions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands‑on Learning & Development professional to set up and manage the end‑to‑end training function for our Bistro, Bakery & Coffee outlets. This is the first L&D role in the organization and will be responsible for building training frameworks, SOP‑based programs, and capability development across front‑of‑house, kitchen, bakery, and caf operations.

The role requires strong on‑ground execution, outlet travel, and close collaboration with Operations, Chefs, and Store Managers to ensure consistent guest experience and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
