Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital cinema projectors and related equipment
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and networking issues at cinema locations
• Perform routine technical checks and preventive maintenance
• Provide on-site technical support to customers and help resolve their technical concerns
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, TCP/IP, Windows/Linux, and networking issues
• Work closely with senior engineers and internal technical teams to resolve complex problems
• Learn and follow technical procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines
• Travel to assigned cinema locations in Pune and nearby areas as required
