Job summary

IDITRI Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Field Service IT Engineers to join their growing team in Goa. This role involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various IT systems at client locations.

Responsibilities include visiting client sites, configuring IT devices like servers and networking solutions, and resolving issues. Freshers are welcome, and a valid driving license is mandatory, providing a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel across Goa for client visits.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client sites for installation, servicing, and technical support.
• Configure and maintain servers, networking devices, Wi‑Fi systems, firewalls, CCTV, and POS solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain service reports and client documentation.
