The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer support for company products at customer locations. The role requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, customer-service orientation, safety awareness, and willingness to travel extensively. The technician will represent the company at customer sites and ensure timely service, equipment reliability, minimum downtime, and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, basic electronics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, hand tools, measuring instruments, and technical drawings.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical/electronic equipment and perform installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance independently.
• Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities with a practical approach to identifying root causes and resolving equipment failures quickly.
• Customer Handling: Good communication, customer-service orientation, professional conduct, ability to explain technical information clearly, and capability to build positive customer relationships.
