Major Responsibilities

• To provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning, troubleshooting, of tower cranes
• To Provide technical support & trainings to customer about our product and minimise breakdown time
• To communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and corrective actions like updates of products
• To prepare reports and complete required paperwork.

Specialized Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft office suites including word, excel, outlook.
• High ethical standard and possess professional attitude.
• Experience in E&C of equipment and troubleshooting

Working Conditions

• Should be fit for climbing the Tower crane and should not have the fear of height, travelling daily to handle local territory
• Should follow the safety rules & take safety precaution, all PPE during working on site.
