Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in water treatment or related industrial services.
• Extensive travelling is mandatory.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment, and specialty chemicals preferred.
• Ability to work independently at customer locations and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support for cooling towers, boilers, wastewater treatment, RO cleaning, and water disinfection.
• Conduct water chemistry testing, analyze results, and maintain service reports.
• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain chemical dosing and monitoring equipment.
• Perform cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection services.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and support customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures compliance.
• Maintain inventory of products and chemicals at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support for cooling towers, boilers, wastewater treatment systems, RO cleaning, and water disinfection activities.
• Conduct water chemistry testing, analyze results, and maintain service reports.
• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
• Conduct Conveyor Lubrications.
• Perform cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection services.
• Support customers by identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide best practice recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain inventory of products and chemicals at customer sites.
