Job summary

Recruitrix in Hyderabad seeks a technical service specialist for water and wastewater treatment chemicals. You will support plant trials, optimize dosing systems, and develop tailor-made formulations for various industrial processes.

Responsibilities include site supervision, treatability studies, and delivering technical data sheets while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth operation of ETP/STP and related systems.

• Review site parameters and identify optimization opportunities for clients.

Job description

Rs 400,000.00 - 540,000.00 (Indian Rupee)

1. Technical services for Water and Waste Water Treatment Chemicals, Equipments and Recycle systems.

2.Finding the suitable Waste Water Treatment Chemicals through Jar Test and optimization in plant level for our new ETP and STP projects and other clients.

3. Recommend suitable recycle systems by conducting plant survey and treatability studies.

4. Technical service visits to all types of industries for waste water required chemicals trials for steel industries, coagulants and flocculants for sugar, pharma, paper and food process industries and de- oiling polymer for Oil & Gas. Etc

5. Supervision of different project sites for cooling water,Boiler , STP & ETP management across south India by providing technical service.

6. Dosing system selection according to the system capacity and consumption that ensure smooth system operation.

7. Developing the tailor made products for waste water treatment.

8. Regular site visits of existing customers to maintain the good relationship and provide the technical support.

9. Review the site critical parameters and identify scope for improvement and provide recommendations/ action plan to client & concern site engineer,

10. Responsible for monitoring and controlling the Formulation , Production and Manufacturing process of specialty chemicals (RO Antiscalants, RO cleaners, Treatment & Cleaning chemicals for Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Domestic Water chemicals, Biocides, Institutional hygiene & laundry Products)

11. Immense flexibility handling a variety of tasks and shift priorities simultaneously.

12. Prepare the Technical data sheets (TDS) and MSDS for the specialty chemical products

13. Optimize the formulation to suite the process and to achieve the economical goal.

14. Prepare automatic formulations for dosage calculation in Excel for quick and easy results. Prepare standard proposal formats for different systems and update it regularly.

15. Manage and monitor the UF operational data and perform regular back-pulse (BP).

16. Supervise Quality control laboratory analysis of all type of water such as Well water, Potable Water, Utility Water (i.e., water from Steam Boilers, Ice Banks, Evaporative Condensers), Sewage Influent, Effluent, etc.

18. Conduct Training programs to operation team such as Sales Back end Team & Bussiness Development Teams on knowledge of chemicals
