The candidate should have 4 years of IT hardware field service experience, hands-on repair skills for printers, scanners, and kiosks, and a solid understanding of hardware and networking. A two-wheeler is required for field visits.

Qualifications

• 4 years in IT hardware field service.
• Hands-on servicing of Printers, Scanners, and Self-Service Kiosks.
• Good understanding of hardware and networking concepts.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field service.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of kiosks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues within defined TAT.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-site service visits.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
• Experience: 04 years in IT hardware field service.
• Hands-on experience in servicing Printers, Scanners, and Self-Service Kiosks will be preferred.
• Good understanding of hardware and networking concepts.
• Good communication skills in regional language.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field service.
