Job summary

Accel IT Services is looking for a Field Support Engineer to provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and printers across client locations. The role requires strong hardware troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel to support multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will handle Windows OS, MS Office, and Outlook, and will travel within the city to resolve hardware issues and ensure timely ticket closure.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 1-3 years of field support experience.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers.
• Willing to travel to client locations within the city.
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide field L1 support for desktops, laptops, and printers across client locations.
• Perform in-depth hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.).
• Handle printer hardware issues, including paper jams, cartridge issues, connectivity, and component replacement.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, and applications.
• Perform break-fix support, hardware replacement, and preventive maintenance.
• Configure and troubleshoot network and shared printers.
• Manage tickets through ITSM tools and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide support for LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and IP-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty support.
• Travel to multiple client locations for onsite issue resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and asset details.

• Willingness to travel within the city for field support

Preferred Skills
