Job summary

Infozen India Enterprise is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service pharmaceutical equipment at client sites across India. You will conduct IQ/OQ/PQ validations, perform FAT, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site and remote support while training customer staff.

You will also maintain reports, assist with GMP/USFDA/EU regulatory documentation, interpret drawings, and be prepared to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission pharmaceutical equipment at client locations.
• Conduct machine trials, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and ensure smooth handover.
• Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at vendor sites as per customer specifications and company standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide on-site and remote support for technical issues.
• Train customer personnel on machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Operator training at site.
• Maintain service logs, prepare visit reports according to site visit.
• Assist with documentation required for regulatory audits and compliance (GMP/USFDA/EU standards).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Travel: Willingness and readiness to travel for site visits.
• Feedback & Collaboration: Communicate customer feedback to design and production teams for product improvement.
• Send message in group for daily sites allocation.
• Call to customers for machine feedback.
• On call problem solutions.
• Maintain Sheets (Travel allowance sheet, daily call register, daily work report, Service Report, Installation Report)
• Send daily report in group
