ELECTRICAL SERVICE ENGINEER / SR. SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description

• Possess basic knowledge of Fanuc & Siemens CNC Machines.
• Have basic knowledge of electrical work.
• Must be a team player with a positive work approach.

• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Travel extensively in the region to resolve maintenance-related problems.
• Responsible for promptly addressing customer complaints in coordination with the team.
• Take monthly & quarterly preventive maintenance letters from customers.
• Maintain planning and execution charts.
• Keep customer service logs and internal service records up to date promptly.
• Provide prompt service to Railway customers by coordinating with the service team and Service HOD Pune with proper communication.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing, and other departments to execute Service Activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on all work done on each machine.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
