• Giving Product Demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment use and provide a delightful customer experience.
• Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance.
• Perform calibration and testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
• Record service activities, parts used, and time spent; provide reports to internal teams or customers.
• Coordinate and facilitate a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to upsell Accessories/Consumables with an incentive (No Targets).
