Job summary

Frootle India Private Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our after-sales team. You will service consumer electronics and appliances, perform on-site installations, calibrations, and post-repair testing, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Based in Kochi, Vadodara, or Tiruppur, you will engage with customers, explain repairs, and maintain service reports while building strong relationships for accessories sales. A engineering degree and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics Engineering.
• Good Communication Skills: English & Local Regional Language (Mandatory).
• Two Wheeler is mandatory (except Mumbai)
• Laptop (Will be preferred)
• Superb work ethic & a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a delightful Customer Experience by giving product demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance.
• Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
• Record service activities and maintain service reports.
• Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (No Targets | No Cold Calling).
