Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, building customer relationships, and driving sales of solar energy solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting consultations, presenting tailored energy solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the sales operations team to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven track record in Sales, including achieving targets and closing deals
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to support business growth and efficiency
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members as needed
• Understanding of renewable energy or solar solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales management software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
