Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative (Retail) role based in South Delhi. The Field Sales Representative will engage directly with customers in retail settings to present Sketch Lighting’s products, explain design concepts, and guide customers in selecting lighting solutions that fit their spaces and preferences. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, managing in-store displays, responding to customer inquiries, and providing professional recommendations aligned with brand standards. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, coordinating with the design and operations teams on orders, and representing the brand at retail events or promotions. The position requires consistent in-person presence at the South Delhi location and active participation in shaping a positive, consultative customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to achieve targets and convert inquiries into purchases.
• Solid Product Knowledge of lighting solutions and a willingness to learn technical and design aspects of the product range.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, helpful guidance.
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, including weekends or retail peak hours as needed.
• Prior experience in retail, showroom sales, or interior/lighting products is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a design-driven, collaborative environment.
