Hoora is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales, expand our retailer network, and boost product visibility in the local market across Madhya Pradesh. The role demands strong communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach with a willingness to travel.

You will conduct shop-to-shop visits, build retailer relationships, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate records while representing the company professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Prior field sales experience with retailer/distributor networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the local market and retail network is advantageous.
• Salary up to 25k per month plus incentive; TA/DA up to ₹5,000.
