Job summary

Hoora Technologies is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales, expand retailer networks across Pan India, and increase product visibility in local markets. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel across assigned areas.

You will manage retailer relationships, identify opportunities, and work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring proper product placement at retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shop-to-shop visits to pitch and sell products to retailers and potential customers.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer network across assigned territories.
• Drive ground-level sales, product promotion, branding, and market penetration.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Travel within assigned areas to develop new markets and strengthen existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of the local market and retail network will be an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
