Job summary

Tradeindia is seeking an Assistant Manager / Relationship Manager / Deputy Manager in Pune to drive revenue through new client acquisition and solid relationships. The role requires 0–5 years of sales experience and Graduation.

You will handle tele-sales and field-sales, prepare tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding, ensuring professionalism and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 0–5 years of experience in sales.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, tele-sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the region.
• Reach out to potential customers via cold calling and tele-interactions.
• Adapt to tele-sales or field-sales modes as needed.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Prepare proposals and present to decision-makers.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with follow-ups.
• Ensure professionalism and adherence to sales processes.
