NoBroker is seeking a Business Development Associate to engage with property owners and prospective tenants, visit properties, and drive deals to closure. You will work with leads provided by the company and coordinate across the transaction.
The ideal candidate is sales-driven, comfortable with field work, has knowledge of real estate market, and can manage multiple client requirements while maintaining strong relationships.
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who will work closely with property owners and prospective tenants to facilitate property transactions and close deals.
The candidate will receive leads from the company, visit properties with clients, understand owner requirements, identify potential tenants, and drive the deal to closure.
Handle company-generated leads and connect with potential clients/tenants.
Visit properties and show them to prospective tenants/clients.
Travel approximately 3040 km daily for property visits and client meetings.
Understand and manage property owner requirements.
Identify suitable and potential tenants based on property requirements.
Coordinate between property owners and tenants throughout the transaction.
Conduct property visits, explain property details, and address client queries.
Negotiate and follow up with both parties to close the deal.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until closure.
Build strong relationships with property owners and clients.
Maintain updated records of leads, property visits, follow-ups, and closures.
Real estate knowledge is preferred.
Good understanding of property types, location, configuration, and surface/built-up/carpet area.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Comfortable with daily field travel of 3040 km.
Ability to understand client and owner requirements and match them effectively.
Target-oriented and strong in follow-ups.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple property/client requirements.
Someone who is sales-driven, confident in client interactions, comfortable with field work, and has a good understanding of the real estate market.
