Job summary

Civilis Infra Pvt. Ltd. in Surat is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new business, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through regular field visits.

The role involves engaging builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and other clients, and promoting Civilis Mart's building materials. You will coordinate quotations, orders, and deliveries, maintain market knowledge, and report activities to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in relevant field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction / Retail Industry or related industries preferred.
• Candidates with experience in building materials, construction, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, cement, steel, electrical, or related industries will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential customers, builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and other relevant clients.
• Promote and sell Civilis Mart's building materials and products.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and local market research.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the BDM and sales team to achieve overall business targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and field visit reports to the reporting manager.

About the Role
