Aufgaben

• Sell Siemens Automation Portfolio (PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, Servo) and related services.
• Develop and manage new accounts; grow long-term relationships with OEMs and end-users.
• Present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capture market opportunities in Pune and nearby Aurangabad regions.
• Drive consultative sales cycles from discovery to close.

Schaeffler Digital Solutions India Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Professionals to drive the sale of high-value industrial automation solutions in thePune region.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience and a strong background in selling the Siemens Automation Portfolio (PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, Servo), coupled with the ability to sell specialized Programming and Engineering Services (PLC, HMI, Robot Programming).

This role requires a hunter mentality, a consultative approach, and deep knowledge of the local manufacturing sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Siemens Automation Portfolio: PLC : Knowledge of Siemens S7-1500/1200 series is highly desirable.
• HMI : Experience with Siemens Comfort/Basic Panels
• VFD : Understanding of drive applications and selection
• SCADA : Experience selling WinCC or similar platforms.
• Servo Systems: Knowledge of motion control solutions.
• Services & Solutions: Experience selling technical services like PLC/HMI/Robot Programming, Commissioning, and Maintenance Contracts.

Core Sales & Business Skills

• Experience: 3 to 7 years in B2B sales, specifically within the industrial automation, machinery, or system integration sector.
• Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the manufacturing base in the Pune and Aurangabad regions (e.g., Automotive, Pharma, Heavy Engineering).
• Consultative Selling: Ability to understand the customer's production challenges and propose a complete technical solution, rather than just selling a product.
• Account Management: Proven track record of developing new accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients/OEMs/End-Users.
• Presentation & Communication: Excellent skills in presenting complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients in Pune and surrounding areas.
