Qualifications

Sales Engineer (Industrial Solutions) – a dynamic and technically minded individual who bridges complex industrial challenges and innovative technical solutions. This role is designed for someone who wants to engineer solutions, drive field-based sales, and pursue a leadership career.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial Field Visits – actively visit manufacturing plants and industrial hubs in and around Indore to identify new business opportunities.
• Application Engineering – analyze client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions rather than just “off-the-shelf” products.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain long‑term relationships with plant managers, purchase heads, and maintenance engineers.
• Technical Presentations – use company‑provided digital tools (Tablets) to deliver high‑impact technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Sales Cycle Management – manage the entire sales process from lead generation and technical consulting to closing and after‑sales support.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial sales or a similar technical sales environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mindset: Strong inclination toward technical problem‑solving and application engineering.
• Mobility: Willing to travel extensively within the Indore industrial clusters (Pithampur, Sanwer Road, Dewas, etc.).
