Compensation & Other Benefits

Monthly target: Minimum 750 points; payout = 750 × 25 = ₹18,750 + huge incentive + PF + ESI.
Yearly fixed package: ₹2.25 Lakhs per year + unlimited variable.

Target fixed per month: Minimum 750 points (out of which 100 points from NEXTZEN e-Pay). No target pressure beyond points.
