Job summary

Paytm is seeking a dynamic leader to grow EDC machine sales through channels with merchants across multiple locations. You will build and lead a team, expand merchant networks, and ensure high service levels while resolving queries and driving overall performance.

The role requires graduation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to hire, coach, and manage a sales force in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Create and implement strategies to increase EDC machine sales to merchants across multiple locations.

• Hire and build a capable team; set clear goals; delegate tasks and deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance metrics.
