Job summary

White Mansion Marble is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to develop business in Delhi and bring qualified marble requirements to our HQ in Kishangarh.

You will visit active construction sites, connect with architects and designers, and understand project requirements to generate leads and coordinate with our HQ team. The role requires strong communication, a willingness for field visits, and the ability to build lasting relationships in the local market.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in marble, tiles, building materials, interiors, architecture or sales.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Willingness to make regular field visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit active residential & commercial construction sites to identify marble requirements.
• Connect with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors & Homeowners.
• Understand project requirements, quantities and timelines to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with HQ team to convert opportunities into business.
• Build strong relationships within the local construction & design industry.
• Follow up on opportunities and help convert them into business.

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–5 years of experience in marble, tiles, building materials, interiors, architecture or sales preferred
• Strong communication & networking skills
• Comfortable with regular field visits
• Good knowledge of the local construction/real-estate market
• Self-driven, ambitious and target-oriented
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in business development can also apply.
