Job summary

More Retail seeks an experienced Field Recruiter to lead bulk hiring across roles such as Customer Support Associates, Apprentices, and store management positions. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while streamlining onboarding and compliance for on-roll and off-roll staff.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in field recruitment, strong regional labour-market knowledge, and excellent communication to build relationships with candidates and teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-6 years of experience in Field Recruitment along with onboarding and managing on-roll and off-roll employees.
• Knowledge about the regional labour market and regional language expertise.

Responsibilities

• Source and Recruit apprentices, contractual employees and store management team to meet hiring targets.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGOs, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Enable sourcing and hiring of CSAs, apprentices, contractual employees and store management team.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Purpose of the Role

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions including but not limited to Customer Support Associates (CSA), Apprentice Hiring, Picker, including full time & Part time employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
