The candidate should have a graduate degree and 2+ years in operations coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in field-based projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience working with survey or data collection teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions.
• Open to travel on ground and execute fieldwork when assigned.
• People, assets, and collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and head office.
• Ensure field surveyors are equipped with necessary tools, documents, and instructions as per project plan.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new field surveyors.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or delays in the field.
• Publishing reports, alerts, and dashboards as per project.
• Driving cost and timelines in the assigned projects.
• Regular coordination and feedback to the field team (surveyors) to take corrective actions on gaps identified and corrective action plan.
• Identify process gaps, suggest and implement process improvement.
• Analyzing new trends in the market and developing new features around them.
• To manage and support our team of field surveyors & field visit & observe, Coaching & Mentoring Surveyors.
