Job summary

Awign is seeking Field Router Recovery Executives to recover Tata Play Broadband routers from customers after service disconnection or cancellation. The role requires daily field visits, customer interaction, and timely device recovery while maintaining professional conduct.

Responsibilities include visiting customer locations, coordinating pickups, recovering routers and accessories, and updating status in the tracking system while meeting daily/monthly targets.

• Contact customers before visiting and schedule pickups.
• Recover Tata Play routers and other accessories, if applicable.
• Update the recovery status in the assigned application or tracker.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding daily progress.
• Ensure devices are handled safely and submitted as per company guidelines.
• Meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
