Job summary

Awign is seeking motivated Field Router Recovery Executives to recover Tata Play Broadband routers from customers after service disconnection or cancellation. The role requires daily field visits, customer interaction, and timely device recovery while maintaining professional conduct.

You'll visit customer locations, contact customers beforehand, collect routers and accessories, and update recovery status in the company tracker, coordinating with operations to meet daily targets.
