Job summary

Takecare Manpower Services invites applications for Field Collection Executive to visit clients, recover outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans. You will maintain accurate records and travel to customer locations to achieve collection targets.

Candidates with proven field collections experience, strong negotiation and communication skills are preferred. Bike is mandatory and immediate joiner is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field collections, debt recovery, or a similar role.
• Bike mandatory for commuting to client locations.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans with debtors.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and actions taken.
• Travel to customer locations to achieve collection targets.
